Complaints Policy

Use this page to raise a concern about the website or inquiry handling. Construction concerns should also be directed to the contractor responsible under your agreement.

How to Raise a Concern

Call (806) 414-3200. If it is easier to explain by phone, describe the website or inquiry issue.

It helps if you can tell us:

Raising a website concern does not replace any separate process or rights under your contractor agreement.

What Happens Next

  1. Describe the issue. Provide enough information to identify the page or inquiry involved.
  2. Identify who is responsible. Distinguish website or intake issues from construction concerns governed by a separate contractor agreement.
  3. Keep relevant records. Retain the inquiry confirmation and any correspondence or contractor documents related to the concern.
  4. Confirm any agreed next step. Construction changes or remedies should be documented with the responsible contractor.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If a website concern remains unresolved, include the prior inquiry details and the outcome you are requesting when following up.

You always keep your outside options, including your state or local consumer protection office and any licensing board that covers concrete driveway replacement. Using this policy first is not a requirement, and it does not limit your rights.

What we do with complaints

Website and inquiry concerns can be recorded with their related correspondence in the intake account. Contractor records are governed by the provider's own processes.
